The group program runs on a fixed schedule a few times a year with a cohort. The 1:1 program is always open, and every session is focused entirely on you — your data, your questions, your patterns. There’s no waiting for the right cohort date, and you’re not sharing coaching time with anyone else.
None at all. The course content and your intake session will walk you through everything you need to know before your sensor goes on. Many clients have never tracked anything before — that’s completely fine.
A CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) is a small sensor worn on the back of your arm that tracks your blood sugar in real time — no finger pricks. You’ll receive ordering instructions after enrollment. Most clients need 2 sensors for the program, which run approximately $89-99
After enrolling, you’ll receive a booking link to schedule your intake session and your four weekly calls at times that work for you. Sessions are held virtually, so you can join from anywhere.
